By choosing click and collect you agree to collect your items from the store located in Albany WA 6330. If you can not collect your item, shipping will be charged and your order won't be fulfilled until it is paid.
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all Australian orders $150 & over.
If your order is $150 or over you can upgrade to express shipping for $5.
If your order is under $150 we charge a flat rate of $6.95 for standard shipping or $10 for express shipping.
Unless otherwise stated on the specific product.
Bulkier items will incur a flat rate of $15 postage and this will be sent through to you upon receiving your order.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details attached. Please note that Australia Post do not provide very detailed tracking information along the way and can also provide very conservative estimated delivery dates. Rest assured that if you have received a Shipping Confirmation, your order is in transit and will be in your arms soon!
For International orders we offer the following services:
Australia Post International Standard Shipping $20.
Often there can be varied delays due to different customs processes in your country. If you are concerned about the location of your order, please contact your country's Postal Service first and quote your tracking number for further information.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges and if you choose to return your order, these fees are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs office and our website for further information as these fees can vary widely from country to country.
Please note there are some countries that we do not ship to because of carrier limitations and higher costs. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your country, please email us at email@example.com.
LOST AND RETURNED TO SENDER PARCELS
In the rare event that your parcel is deemed lost or missing after an investigation through Australia Post, we will do our best to replace and resend your order. If your item(s) cannot be replaced, you will only be entitled to a credit note which is valid for 6 months. We are not able to offer refunds on lost orders.
If your order is returned to us for any reason (including customs fees not paid or unable to deliver) you will be issued an automatic credit note minus the full cost of shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ONLINE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED IN STORE PLEASE REFER TO YOUR RECEIPT FOR OUR IN STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY.
Bell & Luca will happily accommodate the following return options within 7 days of receiving your order, for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Items must be posted back within these 7 days and tracking sent through.
Please read carefully before placing your order to avoid disappointment as by shopping with us, you are agreeing to the following policy.
Please note all sale items are all final sales. We can not offer a return on these items.

1. CREDIT NOTE
Your credit note will be processed as soon as we receive the item/s back at the boutique.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months and will be issued as an online gift card, where you will be emailed a unique code to enter upon checkout. You will also be required to pay shipping on any orders using this credit note, even if they were eligible for free shipping prior.
Let us know your exchange preference and we can hold the particular item until your return is received. You will be required to pay shipping for the exchange.
Refunds will only be offered for manufacturing faults on garments returned in original packaging and must comply to the above conditions.
Please note online pop-up sale items are all final sales. We can not offer a return on these items.
Beauty and wellness products are only able to be returned provided the security seal is intact and not broken.
Swimwear, Intimates, Jewellery, Hats, Shoes and Lay-Bys are not eligible to be returned.
Items purchased using Afterpay and Zip-pay cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
POSTING YOUR RETURN
Please send your return with registered post or postal insurance. We will not hold any responsibility for missing parcels. Please email through the tracking number once the item has been posted.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at email@example.com with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer deems your item faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow 1 week processing time). Original shipping costs are non-refundable
We will cover return shipping on any replacements or if we require you to post the item back to us.
If you choose to preorder an item online, you will be required to pay the full amount plus shipping in advance. Your item will be shipped out to you immediately upon it's arrival and you will be sent a shipping notification with tracking details.
