PLEASE NOTE: All shipping times are an estimate and can sometimes take longer due to being in a regional area. Bell and Luca is not liable for orders that take longer than stated above and we do not issue returns or refunds on items that fall outside these estimated time frames. 

 

By choosing click and collect you agree to collect your items from the store located in Albany WA 6330. If you can not collect your item, shipping will be charged and your order won't be fulfilled until it is paid.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you require to return your recent online purchase, please email your return request to shop@bellandluca.com.au stating your reason for return and order number, within 7 days from date of purchase. 

One of our team members will get back to you within 48 hours with an return authorisation number. Please note no returns will be accepted without the return authorisation number. 

We strictly do not offer refunds; unless the item is faulty. A store credit or size exchange will only be issued if the following criteria is met;

  • Items is returned in saleable conditional with original packaging and tags attached. Items must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.

  • Bell & Luca reserves the right to reject returned items which are not in the exact condition in which they were received.

  • Original invoice must be included with your return as proof of purchase.

  • Sale items, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, hats, shoes and lay-by items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.

  • Items purchased using Afterpay and Zip-pay cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty. 

  •  Return shipping costs are at the customers expenses and tracking is highly recommended.
  • Returns will only be accepted if all of the above conditions are met.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be offered for manufacturing faults on garments returned in original packaging and must comply to the above conditions.
