RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you require to return your recent online purchase, please email online@bellandluca.com.au with your order number and reason for return, within 7 days from date of purchase. 

One of our team members will get back to you within 48 business hours with a return authorisation number and further instructions.

 Please note no returns will be accepted without the return authorisation number. 

We strictly do not offer refunds; unless the item is faulty. A store credit or size exchange will only be issued if the following criteria is met;

  • Items is returned in saleable conditional with original packaging and tags attached. Items must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.

  • Bell & Luca reserves the right to reject returned items which are not in the exact condition in which they were received.

  • Original invoice must be included with your return as proof of purchase.

  • Sale items, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, hats, shoes and lay-by items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.

  • Items purchased using Afterpay and Zip-pay cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty. 

  • All return shipping costs, including the shipping of the replacement item/s are at the customers expense and tracking is highly recommended. 

  • Online credits are issued for returns and expire 6 months from date issued and can only be used to purchase via Bell & Luca E-Boutique not in store.
  • Returns will only be accepted if all of the above conditions are met.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be offered for manufacturing faults on garments returned in original packaging and must comply to the above conditions.
